Our reception team is available 24 hours a day to assist you.
Arrival and Departure
Your room will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged in advance with our reception team.
Housekeeping
Help protect the environment and do something for our climate!
Would you like to skip daily room cleaning for the sake of the environment? We’d be happy to do so. Please hang the green card outside your room by 9:00 a.m. if you would like your room to be cleaned on that day.

Room service
This service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and we are happy to take your order.
A service fee of €2.50 per order applies.

Wake-up Call
Please request your wake-up call at the reception.
Parking
There are 116 free parking spaces available on our hotel grounds.
If needed, guests can also park at our partner businesses nearby. Please contact the reception in advance for arrangements.

We will be happy to arrange a taxi for you. Please contact our reception.
Train Stations
The nearest regional train station, Hennef (Sieg) in the town center, is approximately 2 km away. The nearest long-distance train station with ICE connections, Siegburg/Bonn, is about 7 km away.
Bus / Public Transport
The nearest bus stop is located in front of the hotel on the main street. From there, you can reach the train stations “Hennef (Sieg)” and “Siegburg/Bonn” directly.

Forgot Something?
If you have forgotten any cosmetic items, we have a small selection available for purchase at the reception.
Baby Cot
We will gladly provide a baby cot upon request and subject to availability. Fee: €12.00.

Bathrobe
A bathrobe is available for loan, subject to availability, for a deposit of €20.00 at the reception. Please return the bathrobe to the reception upon departure.
Iron & Ironing Board
You are welcome to request an iron and ironing board at the reception.
Sewing Kit
They can be found in your room’s wardrobe or are available upon request at the reception desk.
Laundry Service
We collect your laundry from Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 10:30 PM and forward it to our contracted laundry service. Laundry handed in after 8:00 AM will be returned the next working day.
Please place your laundry in the provided bag and fill out the accompanying list. Both can be found in the wardrobe.
Shoe Polishing Machine
On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you will find a shoe polishing machine near the elevators.
Printing and Copies
We are happy to print your documents at the reception. The charge is €0.25 per black-and-white page and €0.50 per color page.
Fax Service
You can send faxes at the reception. A fee of €0.30 per page applies.
You can also receive faxes at the number +49 2242 876 199 – please make sure to clearly indicate your name so we can assign the fax to you.
Newspapers
A small selection of newspapers and magazines is available at the reception.
Lost and Found
If you lose or find something during your stay, please contact our reception. Left items can be sent to you upon request. Unclaimed items are kept for a maximum of six months.
Cats & Dogs
Your pet is a welcome guest. A fee of €10.00 per animal per night applies. Pets must be kept on a leash while on the hotel premises.
Luggage
We can store your luggage at the reception until your arrival or departure.
Complaints
We take complaints and repair requests very seriously. Please inform the reception or leave your comments on the guest feedback form available in your room.
