Dear Guests,

welcome to the Euro Park Hotel!
We are delighted that you have chosen to stay with us.
To ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay, we kindly ask you to read and follow the information below carefully.

General

  • All rooms and outdoor areas are subject to the Youth Protection Act.
  • Quiet hours in all rooms begin at 10:00 PM.
  • Open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause, which will be charged accordingly.
  • Please close all windows when leaving your room to prevent damage from bad weather.
  • Turn off the TV and lights when leaving the room.

Alcohol, Smoking, Illegal Substances & Weapons

  • Our hotel has a strict no-smoking policy! Violation of this rule may result in an additional cleaning fee of €80. Any damage caused by burn marks, holes, or similar will be charged at replacement value.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarettes properly in the provided containers or public bins.
  • Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave the hotel.
  • The possession of illegal drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the hotel. The relevant authorities will also be notified immediately.

Pets

  • Bringing pets requires the hotel’s approval. Guests must notify the hotel in advance if they wish to bring a pet.
    If the hotel allows pets, they must be under the guest’s constant supervision, free from contagious diseases, and pose no risk to hotel staff or other guests.
  • Please do not allow your pet to sleep on beds, armchairs, or chairs in the rooms. We appreciate your understanding.
    Future guests also expect to find beds and upholstery free of pet hair.
  • If pets soil or damage bedding or upholstery, a special cleaning fee will be charged.

Wi-Fi

  • Access is provided via a password. By receiving the password, you accept the special Wi-Fi usage conditions for guests (link) and agree not to share it with third parties.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of the Wi-Fi.
  • Accessing or distributing immoral, illegal content, or using file-sharing networks is strictly prohibited.

Parking

  • Our parking lot offers 119 free spaces and is open 24/7.
  • The German road traffic regulations (StVO) apply on our premises.
  • A maximum speed of 10 km/h is allowed in the parking area.
  • Vehicles must be parked within the marked spaces only.
  • Loading and unloading must not obstruct other vehicles or guests.
